How long does a session last, and how often should we meet? +
A standard session lasts 60 minutes. At the initial stage, I recommend meeting once a week to build a sustainable skill of self-regulation.
How does your support differ from psychotherapy? +
We spend less time digging into the causes from the past and focus more on tools for the present. My task at the first stage is to give you a working "first-aid kit" for managing your states here and now. At the final stage — to help you live in such a way that the need for the "first-aid kit" no longer arises.
Can we work online? Do we need to meet in person? +
I work predominantly online (Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp/Telegram/Viber). This saves your time and allows you to be in a comfortable and safe environment.
What will happen during the first meeting? +
We will conduct a detailed analysis of your condition, identify the key points of tension, and create an initial "rapid response" plan.
Roughly how many sessions are needed? +
To relieve an acute condition, 1-3 sessions are usually enough. For deep transformation and sustainable changes, a cycle of 8–10 sessions is typically required.
