Usually 60 minutes, 1-on-1 online. A deep analysis of your situation, finding the root causes of tension, personal techniques, and an action plan for the week/month.

Best when quick help and a personalized approach are needed.

Couples Counseling

90–120 minutes online (both partners). We work with what hinders intimacy: resentments, misunderstandings, distance. We provide concrete steps to restore trust and warmth.

Ideal when both are ready for an honest conversation.

Professional Support

Supervision and burnout prevention for coaches, psychologists, and therapists. Analysis of complex cases, resource restoration, and mentoring.
